I think that Au pair Care offers the best discounts. There are little complications with their discounts and you don't have to "read" the small print! Love the agency and I highly recommend them to any family.
Au Pair Care has best discounts and au pairs
I am a working professional mom in the DC area. Finally, with two children, I said "Uncle" and started looking for help, fulltime! I used this resource on the au pair agencies to find Au Pair Care. I tried several other agencies (never matched) at first, because I knew friends that used them. Hands down, Au Pair Care delivered for me. They were friendly, professional and sent me applications quickly and efficiently.
Cultural Care was too "sales-oriented" for me - I felt I was being hussled; Au Pair in America was very slow to respond to my initial attempts to contact them and get applications (they were also the most expensive agency) and Expert Au Pair was too small (not enough au pairs in the area for my au pair to connect with) although they were very friendly and helpful.
AuPairCare stepped up to the plate and delivered speed and quality of services and the counselor is professional and caring - my au pair arrived and was everything she and the agency said she would be.
Now, if I could only figure out how to keep her for the next 5 years.......

I have 5 kids will need to save money!
Hi, even though my husband and I are professionals (I am an engineer and he works in the medical field) we have 5 children and they are very expensive! Childcare has never been an option and I work parttime as a result but I have a great job offer that I am taking and the kids need an au pair to help them organize their lives and get them to places after school.
I will be checking out Au pair Care for its discounts and also this website rated it very high (or the host parents who filled out the surveys did)!
