I wanted to share my experience with Expert Au Pair agency.  We live in Florida and have had 3 au pairs.  They have all been a delight.  They are experienced with children, can drive and speak English pretty well.  We have had no major issues (knock on wood).  We find the staff at Expert Au Pair to be very caring and thoughtful, but more than these 2 areas, this agency is very professional!

We do not think, or can imagine, that Mark Gaulter would shout at an au pair without cause. Perhaps he was trying to get the au pair to come in and talk, but she was incognito and he raised his voice in frustration  Also, the au pair is supposed to call her counselor first, and then the office, and then the

The au pair was let go and now she wants someone else to contribute blame for what she did (or didn't do).
