Trying to get my refund back!
I would like to post a complaint about Cultural Care. I live in MA and I had an au pair for a very short time. It did not work out very well for us and I sent her back and asked for a refund. I was told they would replace the au pair, but they are keeping my money!
I cannot seem to get my thousands of dollars I paid upfront, even though they told me I could get a large refund if I chose not to retain an au pair. What can I do at this point?
I went online and researched this problem and I see there are various complaints by other host families at Cultural Care au pair agency regarding the refund issue - why is this?
Can you tell me why this agency has such a bad rep regarding refunds compared to other agencies??

My sister never got her money back from cultural care - they are the worse in terms of keeping your money even if they match you with the worse au pair! Avoid them if you want to see some of your refund if the match does not work out.

Thanks for the suggestions - when I called Cultural Care and mentioned your website and the offer to speak to Ms. Jordon, I was taken cared of right away. It looks like I am getting a big part of my refund back!
