I always complete your surveys and I appreciate the goals of this website! It was crucial to our finding a good agency and great au pair!
Their staff is very friendly and professional and their au pairs are great so far (second year).

I took your surveys (two I think to date) and I think it is important for someone, some website, to conduct independent surveys on the au pair agencies. They may be superivised by the Dept. of State, but consumers, parents like myself, are not privy to any information on the individual agencies that is collected by the government. So, we are really in the dark, so to speak, when it comes to who is doing the job of recruiting of au pairs and servicing families best!
All companies who work in childcare should be held to a higher standard and should have someone independent rate them!
