Cultural Care
I would like to post a complaint against Cultural Care. They sent us an au pair who was the exact opposite of what she and the agency represented. She could not drive; she could barely speak English (we think her sister spoke to us during 4 different interviews); she was not well trained to take care of an infant. She had no interest in caring for baby and only wanted to party and meet men. She was negligent in the care of our children and I told this to the LCC and they did not send this girl home, as they should have. Our LCC did nothing for us.
We had to let the au pair go and I heard she was sent to another family with a baby also! Our LCC never did rematch us and we left. We also left our money, over 4000 thousand dollars we paid upfront, not to count all the money we spent on the au pair room, aupair car, etc.
If any new parent wants an au pair, think about it very carefully, and do not sign up with Cultural Care! Their customer service was a 0 on a scale of 1-10. The au pair was a 1 on a scale of 1-10.
