We just posted our last and final reply to a complaint on the Family Forum. Janice made a good point when she posted the comment/complaint that was, in part, the real start of the thread for Susan Robinson's reply here on the Family Forum.

A few reminders when posting:

1. If you have a complaint, click on Complaints at the left

2. If you have a postive story to tell, click on Testimonials at the left

3. If you are replying to either a complaint or testimonial, please do so at the end of that comment and not on the Family Forum.

The Family Forum is for host parents, au pairs, counselors, who have questions, tips and advice on au pairing.  It is not to be used for complaints and negative comments, or to reply to readers comments left elsewhere on the website, etc. 

If you have a negative comment to add to your advice, etc., please keep it brief.  If you want to really write, use the Complaints page or the Testimonial Page.
