I am posting the comment below that I found on the Child Care Reviews section of www.neighbor.com to inform readers of the mounting complaints online that Cultural Care has received in the past months.  It appears that many host parents are finally getting to the point where they are grouping together and sending the online complaints and stories about Cultural Care to First Lady Obama!  They even include the piece we wrote about Cultural Care a few months ago. 

No other agency has sparked such a negative public outcry like this company!  It is very disturbing and children are being placed at risk (one host family commented that her Cultural Care au pair placed one of the children in the trunk of their care to "discipline" him).  This is a very serious accusation.

We have also been gathering host parent and counselor comments through our survey (take a few moments to comment if you are a Cultural Care host parent or counselor).  We will continue to do so in the next few months and share our results here on our site.

Cultural Care is in trouble and complaints continue to pour in.
