good advice
your tips pages are very well done and we have copied them down in preparation for our au pair. we are very far yet from having one, still looking and we only signed up with your clearinghouse for the month, but we may sign on for the 3 months since it seems like it takes anywhere from 3-5 months to find and match and wait for the au pair to arrive. the agency sites all say about 8 weeks but they are not counting the time before you match which is considerable, during which time you are choosing an agency, completing all the paperwork (or online application), etc.
