Matching Services 2009-2010 Survey Results
The majority of host parents that completed our customer satisfaction
survey stated they were “somewhat satisfied – satisfied” with the matching services their agencies provided.
The most common complaint was the length of time it took parents to match with an au pair.
The majority of parents felt the entire process of hiring an au pair was “too long” and should be shortened considerably.
Host parents also felt overwhelmed by the required lengthy reviews of au pair applications they had to sift through until they found an au pair they wanted to call and interview.
