We just completed out Matching Services Results!  We found that host parents were not overall satisfied with their agency's matching services.  Most host parents felt agencies overall were "too slow" in processing their applications, and then once they were "in" the program, they also complained about the agency inefficient methods of assigning au pair applications to them (for review). 

However, there were agencies that stood out from the crowd and received glowing ratings.  Parents were more inclined to rate their agency's better than average when the agency were quick to interview the host family and process their application and to assign au pair applications for review.
