Happy LCC Appreciation Week!

Well, this is a first!  I never saw any agency celebrate their counselors/lccs before with an Appreciation Week.  Cultural Care has one this week, so please, if you appreciate your LCC and think she (or he) is doing a great job, let the au pair community know all about it!

Happy LCC Appreciation Week!

Cultural Care Au Pair’s Local Childcare Coordinators have an incredibly important role. They serve as advisors, resources, mediators, coaches, mentors and friends to thousands of host families and au pairs across the country. While we appreciate the work that they do every day, each year we celebrate them during a very special LCC Appreciation Week! Please join us in celebrating our amazing LCCs by sharing your praise and appreciation for the support you receive from your LCC. Nothing could be more meaningful than hearing directly from you about how much you appreciate your Cultural Care Au Pair LCC.

Au pair care lcc

My counselor is great - she answers my phone calls within a few hours, and always on the same day I called her.  The is bright, funny and full of energy.  The best thing I like about her is she always spends time making friends with each au pair in her cluster.  According to my au pair, all the girls like her and they trust her to confide in.  I like this because I know I can count on her to handle au pair problems, and this means that I don't  have to do it!

Publish LCC's Emails

Hi, I think this is a great marketing tool for Cultural Care but it would be more powerful if user's email addresses were given, particularly the LCCs being "appreciated."  Since LCCs at Cultural Care have blogs and are known online there would be no problem at all with highlighting their identies.  This would enable anyone reading these comments to click onto their blog and read more about them and to see that these are "real" LCCs being written about.
